流浪祭（PAWER LOVE）第二届在九月五到六日举行。liú làng jì （ null PAWER LOVE null ） dì èr jiè zài jiǔ yuè wǔ dào liù rì jǔ xíng 。The Pawer Love Stray Festival's second edition was held on September 5–6.地点是台北流行音乐中心的户外表演区和文化馆前广场。dì diǎn shì tái běi liú xíng yīn yuè zhōng xīn de hù wài biǎo yǎn qū hé wén huà guǎn qián guǎng chǎng 。The location is the outdoor performance area and the plaza in front of the Cultural Center of the Taipei Music Center.活动用音乐来关心流浪动物。huó dòng yòng yīn yuè lái guān xīn liú làng dòng wù 。The event uses music to raise awareness and care for stray animals.

两天有十八个表演者，头牌有TRASH和宇宙人。liǎng tiān yǒu shí bā gè biǎo yǎn zhě ， tóu pái yǒu null TRASH null hé yǔ zhòu rén 。Over two days there are eighteen performers; the headliners include TRASH and Cosmos People.节目在下午三点到晚上十点，广场的市集约下午二点开始。jié mù zài xià wǔ sān diǎn dào wǎn shàng shí diǎn ， guǎng chǎng de shì jí yuē xià wǔ èr diǎn kāi shǐ 。Programs run from 3 PM to 10 PM; the plaza market starts at around 2 PM.

活动有两个舞台，一个是付费的浪爱舞台，另一个是免费的浪外之音舞台。huó dòng yǒu liǎng gè wǔ tái ， yī gè shì fù fèi de làng ài wǔ tái ， lìng yī gè shì miǎn fèi de làng wài zhī yīn wǔ tái 。The event has two stages: a paid 'Lang Ai' stage and a free 'Lang Wai Zhi Yin' stage.现场也有美食、摊位和认养慈善区。xiàn chǎng yě yǒu měi shí 、 tān wèi hé rèn yǎng cí shàn qū 。There are also food, booths, and an adoption charity area on site.门票在KKTIX分不同价位贩售，并有学生和弱势票种。mén piào zài KKTIX fēn bù tóng jià wèi fàn shòu ， bìng yǒu xué shēng hé ruò shì piào zhǒng 。Tickets are sold on KKTIX at different price levels, with student and disadvantaged ticket types available.
