台东举办的热气球节在鹿野高台。tái dōng jǔ bàn de rè qì qiú jié zài lù yě gāo tái。The hot air balloon festival held in Taitung is at Luye Highland.活动从七月四日到八月二十日，每天有早晚场，星期二通常休息。huó dòng cóng qī yuè sì rì dào bā yuè èr shí rì ， měi tiān yǒu zǎo wǎn chǎng ， xīng qī èr tōng cháng xiū xí 。The event runs from July 4 to August 20; there are morning and evening sessions every day, and it is usually closed on Tuesdays.早上和傍晚有系留和自由飞行，时间大约是五点半到七点或五点到六点半，会看天气决定。zǎo shang hé bàng wǎn yǒu jì liú hé zì yóu fēi xíng ， shí jiān dà yuē shì wǔ diǎn bàn dào qī diǎn huò wǔ diǎn dào liù diǎn bàn ， huì kàn tiān qì jué dìng 。There are tethered and free flights in the morning and at dusk; the time is roughly 5:30–7:00 or 5:00–6:30, depending on the weather.
