On site there will be product sales, chef demonstrations, food culture talks, and DIY experiences, allowing the public to interact directly with producers.

The organizers hope to concentrate Taiwan's diverse snacks and processed agricultural/seafood products in one venue so visitors can taste regional flavors and understand production differences quickly, and through interactive experiences feel the 'land-to-table' connection.
